Put up with

Team members have to put up with meetings where too little thought goes into the agenda.

I don't understand the main idea of the sentence.

Does it say that team members can't handle the meetings with no clear intention?

Thanks in advance.

I'd use "tolerate", "endure" or "suffer" rather than "can't handle" as the interpretation of "put up with". Otherwise OK.
