Put the day before yesterday's date

It's correct to say

Don't put yesterday's date on the page, put the day before yesterday's date or 3 days ago's date. I don't want people to know I was here yesterday or today.

Wow - that's really complicated. Obviously, you can determine the exact date of "three days ago" no matter what the date of today is. So, why not simply say "Date the page September 30, 2011.
