put the curtain

We provided the door with the curtain so that no people could see us from outside, but sometimes it (the curtain) gets ...........(move to the side) when air/wind blew on it, and I can see outside from inside. So I go and ........(put it properly)

Please correct my sentences and also fill in the blank with appropriate words.
