Please put the bottle of the water to cool it in the fridge. Later we can drink the cold water.
Please make the water cold by keeping it in the bridge. I want to have cold water.
Please freeze the water to turn it to ice in the fridge.

for the first sentence can I say

Please put the bottle of water in the fridge to chill. We can have cold drink later.

I'm not a native English speaker - just wonder, is it corrent to say it that way.
