There are some problems in your post.

Despite of difficulties . . . is incorrect. We say 'despite', without the 'of'.

What are 'wire pullers'?

Thank you Clive!

Wire pullers are those who make propaganda and different provokations using people's feelings in order to worsen the situation while others are trying to develop.

I've never hear 'wire puller'.

A 'string puller' is someone who uses secret methods to gain personal advantage.
eg My application was approved because I have a pal who works in the application office.

Despite various problems, our country is going forward / making progress through the hard work of ordinary people.

okay, my problem is that I need to metion try-to-put-sticks-in-the-wheels ones too... :-)

I have just realized that I put words in sentences in that order in which they are in the original text of translation.
Is there any possibility to divide this sentence into two?

How about this?

Despite trouble-makers and corruption, our country is making progress through the hard work of ordinary people.

Just a single sentence seems fine.
