Can I say,

(a) She arranges / put the flowers in / into the vase.

(b) She is stricking in some flowers in a vase.

(c) She is ..... the flowers to make it beauty.

(how do say the action if the florist cuts, decorates and arranges neatly and nice.)?

(a) She arranges / put the flowers in / into the vase. arranges, puts = both o.k. I wouldn't say 'into'.

(b) She is stricking in some flowers in a vase. 'Sticking' implies it is not a carefully done act.
