Hi Would you ve so kind as to tell me which sentences have the correct tenses?

A) I've thought all year that I would know when I got to this tournament whether I want to retire or not. When I was playing my first round match, B) I knew I wanted to.
C) I thought I'd know when I want/wanted to retire.
D) I thought I'd know when I was going to retire.
E) I thought I'd know if I wanted to retire.
F) I thought I'd know if I wanted to retire when I got to this tournament.

A) Would you be okay that I call in sick if that happened.
B) Would it be okay if I called in sick if happens/happened.
C) Would it be okay for me to call in sick if that happened/happens.

A) As she was doing it, I knew it was a bad idea.
B) As she did it, I knew it was a bad idea.

A) Unless he is eating, he's always sleeping.
B) Unless he eats, he sleeps.
