It's difficult to help, because they are such strange sentences. I suppose 'We use books for reading' is possible, but I don't think anybody would ever say that.

If you ask particular people to help, others may feel you don't want them to respond. . There are many people in this forum who give good advice.

In fact, I agree with fivejedjon on the fact that others may feel you don't want them to respond. You shouldn't limit your prospective answers in this way, I think. Since I don't care about this very much, and I am a non-native English speaker, I want to answer:):
