Purpose clause

Are these sentences correct:

1-He was sent to Cannes to cover the film festival.
2-He was arrested to be questioned.

3-He was arrested in order not to put his own life in danger.
4-He was arrested not to put his own life in danger.
5-He was arrested to not put his own life in danger.
