"purchase product" - When "purchase" is an adjective for "product", do you think this compound noun can be used to refer to:

- product purchased,
- product being purchased, and
- product to be purchased

I'm translating a document which describes controls for products to be purchased, being purchased, and already purchased.

I wonder if "purchase products" can be used to refer to products in all of the stages.

From your comment, it seems that 'purchase product' is not commonly used (no matter what it refers to). Am I right?
