Are any of these right in terms of punctuation and wording?

You need to ask yourself that if your commercial vehicle broke down, how disruptive would it be?

You need to ask yourself, "If my commercial vehicle broke down, how disruptive would it be?"

You need to ask yourself, if my commercial vehicle broke down, how disruptive would it be?

If not how can I fix them?
