Punctuation using 'hence'

b. As I’ve mentioned, my boss has been asking about this; hence my persistency.

c. As I’ve mentioned, my boss has been asking about this, hence my persistency.

English 1b3 b. As I’ve mentioned, my boss has been asking about this; hence my persistency. b. As I’ve mentioned, my boss has been asking about this - hence my persistency. c. As I’ve mentioned, my boss has been asking about this, hence my persistency.
The word "persistency" does exist, but "persistence" is much more common.
