Punctuation Usage Relating to Art

What is the proper way to punctuate when referring to paintings and painting series?

Series Name: Carmen Ohio Series

Painting Name: Ohio's Praise

I am unsure about prcper placement of commas, periods, semi-colons and quotations marks.

Please use both Carmen Ohio Series and Ohio's Praise together showing different punctuation possibilities.

Thank you

I'm assuming this is for a catalogue or inventory or something like that? What you have looks basically OK to me, but perhaps you don't need to capitalise "Name", and perhaps you don't need to repeat "Series" in "Carmen Ohio Series" (for example) since it's already obvious?
