I suspect you are transcribing what was said at a business meeting. In that case I don't see why it wouldn't be the same as when television interviews are transcribed. Just put the name of the person speaking with a colon and write exactly what that person said. Leave a blan

But if you are writing the Minutes of a Meeting, which area record of what issues were discusses, what people said and what was decided, this is normally done in narrative form, using reported/indirect speech.
