Punctuation for content repeated

Hi. Please help. How should we punctuate the content that is repeated like the instructions as to how to get to a certain place, like below? Is it punctuated correctly? Please look at what's in quotes (also underlined for your convenience). Thank you in advance for your help.

A: Excuse me. How can I get to the bank?
B: Go straight one block and turn left. It's on your right.
A: "Go straight one block, turn left, and it's on my right?"
B: That's right.

I wouldn't use quotation marks in the third line. Perhaps you just used them to highlight the words.

Me neither. I didn’t notice them.
