Punctuation Following Job Title

Based on the two examples below, is there a correct way to use the comma following a title? I have used spell check but it does not show either one incorrect. Can this be used either way?

[1] If you have any questions regarding this invoice, please contact John Doe, Project Manager at (555) 333-7777.

[2] If you have any questions regarding this invoice, please contact John Doe, Project Manager, at (555) 333-7777.

Thank you!

Use the second one - you are setting off "Project Manager" with the commas because you could lift that part out of the sentence and it would still work.
