Hi. Is it correct to punctuate what someone has said (in quotes) like this? Could we think of it as sort of a list, thus making the punctuation correct? I believe we can normally write three clauses, which are not what someone said, in a row, like "He counted one, she counted two, and they all counted three." Thank you in advance for your help.
