Punctuation Conundrum

In the following sentence, have I placed all the commas in the right spots, especially after 'I' and 'John Doe'?

I, John Doe, have been employed with the Cripper Corporation for seventeen years.

I, John Doe, Chief Executive Officer, have been employed with the Cripper Corporation for seventeen years.

What about the sentence below? Do I place a comma after 'We' and 'America'? I would say no because the information is essential, right.

We the people of the United States of America....
or
We, the people of the United States of America, ....

Thanks.
