Punctuation?

Hi, everyone.

Could you rectify the punctuation of this sentence? Could you also tell me the function of the punctuation marks which you will substitute for the ones present in the sentence?

Eclessiastes' arguments that rivers keep flowing without any change; nothing is new under the sun; there is no use of toiling for things which your progeny will enjoy, are disproved in this paragraph.

Thanks!

The three arguments are presumed to be qoutes and they are independent
