Punctuation

Hi. I would like to know if I should use a comma or ellipsis in the sentence below to avoid misunderstanding.

Sharon is not the name of the one that the question is directed at, but the name of the woman who's possibly a colleague to that person.

Sharon(,/...) is that a woman from your work?

If any of this makes sense, I would appreciate your help.
