First sentence: I believe that one of the most important developments in transportation has been the development of international jet transport. Second sentence: Today it is Possible for more and more people in every country to travel in comfort. Thus it is Possible for businesspeople to do business all over the world. My question is: why didn't we put a comma before "has been the development..." in the first sentence, and why didn't we put a comma before "Thus" in the second one? Thanks in advance.
