For corrections:

The sentences are follow:

2 (a) "Oh dear! I can't find my pen."

(c) "Oh dear, I can't find my pen!"

Which is correct?

Thanks in advance!

2(A) and 2(B) are the same.

They are comma splices.

I would use one of these:

"Oh, dear. I can't find my pen."
"Oh, dear; I can't find my pen."
"Oh, dear—I can't find my pen."

I meant 2(A) and 2(B) in your first post; I did not see your second post.
