Punctuation

1. Lets see, if it's sunny I will visit New York. If it is rainy, I will stay home.
2. Lets see, if it's sunny I will visit NewYork but if it's rainy, I will stay home.

It doesn't look perfect to me. I would write: 1. Let's see.

It doesn't look perfect to me. I would write:

1. Let's see. If it's sunny, I will visit New York. If it's rainy, I will stay home.
2. Let's see. If it's sunny, I will visit New York but if it's rainy, I will stay home.

The reason I put a comma after Let's see is because it was a slight pause before continuing with the sentence.
