Punctuation..

I was warranting this item, and I wrote this:

"Thanks for the response. If you believe that it is a good product, and it's only individual flaw, then send me another one, but if you believe that there is no point, I'll be happy with a refund."

Is my punctuation correct? I was quite unsure whether to put coma between "and" and "product". Also, I could have started a new sentence with "but if you believe...", but I felt better using a coma.

Thanks.

Thank you. "If you believe that it is a good product and it is only an individual flaw,"

"and it is only an individual flaw" can stand on it's own, so I was unsure whether to put a comma there. On a second thought it describes the subject "product", so it's a tough one.

The phrase 'an individual flaw' does not really work well.

I suggest this improvement
If you believe that it is a good product and that the problem was just with the specific item I received, then send me another one, but if you believe that there is no point, I'll be happy wi
