Is this sentence correctly punctuated?

I was embracing everything and questioning all that was brought to me, or more correctly, through me, my physicality, my energy, my whole being.

Here you go. The colon is the right punctuation when you are listing something. You need to finish the list with an and preceding the last one.

A colon need not be followed by a complete grammar. However, I think that the same technique appears in other expository writing as well.
