Punctuation?

Dear Teachers,

Could you tell me, please, if there are punctuation differences in US, UK and Australian English, and if yes, then if there are many of them or just a few? Thank you.

There are only a few. Only the serial comma and the final punctuation with closing parenthesis come to mind.
