Punctuation

Many kind thanks in advance for anyone who can help me with the following questions.

First, what is the proper way to punctuate a question posed in the middle of a sentence (e.g. the capitalized section below). For example:

There are many questions that abound nowadays about the education system SUCH AS 'SHOULD HIGH SCHOOLS ALLOW STUDENTS TO CHOOSE THE COURSES THEY WANT TO STUDY?'

I read conflicting info. on the Internet as to using/not using a colon to set of the question, use/don't use a single quotation, etc. What is the definitive way to handle the aforementioned.

Second, what is the proper way to punctuate the following sentence that poses many questions:

There are many questions that one may pose 'HOW SHOULD I PREPARE TO ENTER COLLEGE?' 'WHAT IS THE SUBJECT THAT I ENJOY MOST?' 'WHAT CAN I DO MY BEST AT?'

My guess is that these questions don't require a single quote nor a question mark in each question - although I don't know why. It's just a feeling I have.

I would me MOST appreciative for any assistance with the above.

Best regards.
