Punctuation

Hello I was wondering if I should use a period or a question mark to end the following type of sentence.

Example: It is wonderful, is it not?

Or

It is wonderful, is it not.

Thanks

Use the question mark with a tag question. He's coming too, isn't he? He's not coming too, is he?
