Punctuation

Hello,

I am a bilingual student in middle school and I wonder if someone can help me punctuate this:

Would I put a comma after disagreed?
Thank you

"He sings and dances", but "He sings, and he dances", or "He sings, and she dances", or "He sings, and that's a good thing."
