What is the right way to right the following greeting:

or

Hello You will probably find both often. Very strictly speaking, however, you use a comma before a "vocative" (or after the vocative when it is in initial position in the sentence). I've already been told here that I'm a bit fussy about commas, but in certain cases you can't avoid them.
