Punctuating Quotations, 2

When using ellipses at the end of quotations, do we put spaces before the ellipses?

What I mean is, which of the following is most correct?

She said, "I'm not too sure...."
or
She said, "I'm not too sure ...."

Also, how ellipsis spaced in between a conversation?
Which is correct:

She said, "Well, that depends...on many things."
or
She said, "Well, that depends ... on many things."

Thanks in advance!
