Are the following two sentences punctuated correctly? I'm not sure if I need a comma after "masterpiece" nor not.
The onscreen adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby is a poetic masterpiece, enwrought with poignant symbolism, imagery and a powerful storyline. It effectively captures the decadence and tragedy that lies at the heart of the novel, and Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan play their roles of Gatsby and Daisy effortlessly.
Thanks in advance, Emma

If you think of 'enwrought with ... ' as an additional, non-defining, thought, then a comma is required.
