Pull protection detail/fixture

Hi

A CIA agent talks to the Secret Service agent asking him about a certain suspect called Stone.

The FBI agent asks the S.S. guy how he met with Stone and he tells him:

Anybody who's pulled White House Protection Detail knows about Stone. He was a fixture in Lafayette Park for a long time.

Does it mean: Anybody who had something to do with the protection of the White House knows Stone. Because he lived in L.Park for a long time.

Hi

So it means something like: Anybody who had the right (or whose task was to protect the W.H.) to know the details of the W.H. protection knew about Stone.

Or maybe: Anybody who had the right to inspect the details of the W.H. protection knew about Stone.

Are we talking about some documents here? Or maybe recordings?

On second thought I Think it just means that everybody who had to protect/whose job was to protect the W.H. knows Stone.

Becuase "protection detail" means "bodyguard", as far as I know.
