Pull off that name and a few other words from ellen show

Hi Everyone,

I have a few questions from a video of Amy Schumer. Can someone please help to understand what they mean?

To provide a better context I'm also putting the link here

1. ‘straight up body type ’ (1m55s)

Does it mean those slim body type?

2.'Her name was Quinn on that show, to pull off that name?' (3m37s)

Amy was talking about another pretty actress.

3. 'I got red wine teeth right out the gate '

4. 'Amy doesn't care what everyone thinks of her to a clinical degree' (9m27s)

Thanks in advance.

Ella Yestraight up body type ’

I don't fit in here (in Los Angeles) purely from the viewpoint of my body type, or, clearly because of my body type, i.e., I'm too heavy compared to the typical woman in L.A.

Example: What he did was a straight-up snub. ~ There was no mistaking what he did. It was clearly a snub.
