Hello,
In political meetings, we say shame on you .We also say pudency on you in my mother language, but I looked up a dictionary ,and I couldn't find this word. If I say, Pudency on Russia for its veto since many people have being killed in Syria, my sentence doesn't sound proper, since you usually use the word shame.

I've never heard or used the word "pudency" - for modern purposes, it is obsolete. I found it in a dictionary - it has the meaning of modesty. Shame means dishonor or reproach, to make ashamed.
