Pubby poise

Does anybody know what the phrase "pubby poise" in the sentence: "Adelaide has festive grace and pubby poise" mean? Is it an australian exprssion?

The Urban (for contemporary slang) Dictionary has a definition for "pubby." It is not flattering

A game/network online user (Warcraft3, Starcraft, etc.) that has trouble comprehending even the most basic of human functions, usually cannot spell properly, and can't take a hint or "read between the lines, if you will, at all, whatsoever.

I also thought "pubby" meant "relating to pubs", as the person in the other forum said. I'm not convinced it has anything to do with the "game/network online user" thing.
