Pseudo cleft sentence

I want to check one more time for sure if these senteces really fit the model of pseudo cleft sentence:

What I want to do now is going for a swim/go for a swim/ to go for a swim?

What she loves most is singing/to sing/sing?

Thanks in advance

Yes, they are pseudocleft. These are correct: What I want to do now is (to) go for a swim. -- The to go form seems to be less acceptable to some grammarians.
