PSA (90 words)

Arguably one of the best New York Yankees of all-time, Lou Gehrig lived a great life which was tragically taken away by a strange disease now known as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Doctors say that ALS is incurable, but is extremely rare. This disease is so rare that only 5 out 500,000 people each year are diagnosed with it, and most of them contracted it genetically. Some of the symptoms include: fatigue arms and legs fatigue, muscle cramps, and involuntary periods of laughing or crying. To find out more information on ALS, please visit als.gov or talk to your doctor. Although there is no cure for ALS, much can be done to help if treated early.
