Prsent perfect & present perfect continuous

is a word recently use with present perfect continuous only or we can use it with prsent perfect aslo
when we use it with prsent perfect?

what about this sentence

. I (have) ____ a lot of work recent

have been having
or

have had and why ?

Using present perfect continuous in a question suggests you can see, smell, hear or feel the results of the action only Is that mean we can use this tens in question
actions related to the five senses only is it true?

for ex :

1-Have you been seeing your brother recently?is it grammatically correct

or we use present perfect

2-Have you seen your brother recently?

what about the answer to question number two can we use present perfect continuous in answer
such I have been seeing him recently or this wrong becuase the person who asks didn't see (the results of the action)
or we must be answerd using present perfect
