Pr.Perfect or Pr.Continuous

Hi there. Could anyone check this?

I've been applied (it's done, isn't it) for several posts this year and I still haven't managed what I'm looking for.

I've been applying for several posts this year and I still haven't managed what I'm looking for. Is it possible and emphasizes that I continue looking?

Thank in advance.

Fandorin:
"I have been applied" is passive. The passive voice is not correct.
I have applied for several posts this year and I still haven't managed to find what I'm looking for. -- This does not imply that you are not looking any more, but that each application was a single event in a series.
