Provide/Pays Out

Hi

I have two questions

1. This job will provide you with a steady income each month

--- Do I need "with" in the sentence above?

2. This program has been on the market for many years and it pays out commissions like clockwork?

--- Is everything OK with the sentence above?

Thanks

1. In my view, yes. There is a quibble in my mind about "steady income each month".
