Hi, I'm struggling to understand what does it mean "provided for" in this context "Judicial review is also provided for in the Charter. The 1982 Constitution Aa stztes: s. 51(1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect."
Top answer
It means that the charter has some sentences that allow judicial review to occur.
