Provide sb sth vs provide sb with sth

1) We would appreciate it if you kindly provide us further clarifications on the eligibility criteria for the applicant.

2) We would appreciate it if you kindly provide us with further clarifications on the eligibility criteria for the applicant.

Which one sounds better? Can anyone also explain to me what’s the difference between #1 and #2, please

You need "would" again in the sentence: We would appreciate it if you would provide... Both say the same thing, and I might say either. There is no real difference.

That's a matter of personal preference rather than grammar.

I would probably use the second one, but that's just my choice. If you like the sound of the first one better, use that one.
