Either one is OK, but I prefer "with."

Use "with" when there is a double object. "The Kiwanis Club provided the flower show with five tents." "The Kiwanis Club provided five tents for the flower show."

Thanks. But how to decide when "with" should be used? It is just a bit hard for us.

Thanks

You can use any of these forms:

He provides us with transportation to the city.
He provides us transportation to the city.

Without "to the city," you can also use this version:
He provides transportation for us.

This one is incorrect:
He provides with transportation for us.

AlpheccaStarsHe provides us with transportation to the city. He provides us transportation to the city.
You do see them both, but I recommend "with" because the other calls attention to itself.
