All arrangements as to hiring or provision of merchandisers shall be at the sole discretion of the Distributor and Petcare shall not be responsible for any legal liability of the Distributor in the hiring of the Distributor, save and except as provided in this Agreement as to the compensation agreed to be paid by Petcare for such provision of such merchandisers.
