I think I know where that sentence (not a proverb) comes from.



It's quite a long speech, so I can't remember

I understood the same way. People need to hear their inner voice ( for me a Pentecostal) the voice of the Holy Ghost. He did not use names in the bible, but I can swear that his speech has everything to do with the Holy Bible,
