Can one say:

1) He is happy to see his favorite group in concert.

instead of:

1a) He is happy to have seen his favorite group in concert.


Can one say:

2) He is proud to work on that project.

instead of:

2a) He is proud to have worked on that project. (he no longer works on it, maybe it is finished)


Can was say:

3) He was proud to work on that project.

instead of:

3a) He was proud to have worked on that project.
