Prospects List or Prospect List ?
Can someone help me to understand the difference between " Prospects List" and "Prospect List" ?
I thought when you use a noun as an adjective, you should always use singular. If there are some exceptions, please let me know what they are ?

You should normally use the singular, but the option is sometimes open to the coiner, if it does not sound too bad, as here. There is no 'list of exceptions'.
