PROs and CONs

Dear Teachers,

1. Don't be so negative about it, but don't get too worked up over it either.

- "get too worked up over it" means "get mad at it too much", right?

2. You know enough about each other, pros and cons - to know that when you do say "yes" when you ask each other out, that you are "sure".

- What do "pros" and "cons" stand for?
