could you please check below sentences for me?

1. Thanks for the invitation. I will be present at the venue at 2.30 pm.
2. Thanks for the invitation. I will be present at the venue by 2.30 pm.

are both correct? If we use 'by' , it differ in meaning?

They are both correct.

'...at 2.30' means that is the time I will arive.

'...by 2.30' means that I might arrive earlier.
